Checking the delivery address
For a Pasture Ledger order, review the recipient, street, apartment where applicable, city, region, postcode and country at the delivery step. No installation service is selected by the product planner.
The delivery amount in your bag
This shop currently calculates $5.95 delivery below $100 of goods and no delivery charge from $100. A change to quantity or product option updates the total before order review.
Inspecting and caring for your item
For Beef rump steak pair: Refrigerate at 0–4°C, keep sealed below ready-to-eat foods, and use by the pack date. Freeze before the use-by date if needed. Thaw in the refrigerator; cook thoroughly according to the pack instructions. Do not wash raw poultry. Inspect your own ordered listing’s included contents and keep the relevant packaging and product information while resolving a query.
Product and return questions
Use support@pastureledger.shop with the product name, option and order reference. Describe the issue with the actual fresh butcher cuts received; do not include payment-card details. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
